(Yicai Global) Aug. 12 — Huawei Technologies has confirmed that the Chinese firm intends to invest USD800 million in a mobile phone factory in Sao Paulo, Brazil, over the next three years, Global Times reported today. Joao Doria, the governor of the southeastern Brazilian city, first hinted about the project.
